Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy at FIRAMBOT™, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (not applicable to FIRAMBOT™)

Personalized or custom items (if offered)

Personal care items (e.g., if we offer cleaning kits in the future)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please email us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
📦 Refund Policy
We only accept refunds for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at firambot.team@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Once we review and approve your return request, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at firambot.team@gmail.com.
